for those chance on hit or on crit sigils, will OL trigger them? i tried with sigil of strengh, it didnt work at all, if OL not consider as a chance on hit or crit, what sigils should we use as D/F fresh air ele? i have a sigil of force, not sure what to choose for the offhand sigils
