108 days - Deployable Turrets still borked
Well you answered my big question about the current patch with the title of your post.
Does anyone know if the current build fixed this huge problem yet?
They had more important things to fix
i mean ELIXIR Gun Healed Whole 360!? this was just shocking bug for them and they dealt with it directly Great Job Anet!

honestly, I’ve said it before.
but I can only imagine this is on purpose. They feel there is some exploit in pve or wvw with using deployable turrets, so they have it broken on purpose.
Killing seige out of range by throwing turrets on walls maybe?

Wouldn’t be a viable reason imho if this is the case. seige deserve to get destroyed if no one is there taking care of it in the first place. Having done all pve encounters, I honestly can’t come up with a reason in regards to PvE myself.
I’ve heard it said that the issue is that they’re not sure what the problem is – as in, the same code is in PvE as is in PvP, and thus they’re not sure what’s causing it.
I agree, though. This is an incredibly irritating bug – not only does it use a trait slot, only work for two turrets, but it then disables one of these two turrets’ toolbelt skills, giving the Engineer one less Healing skill to be able to rely on while the turret is on cooldown.
Every single patch, I’ve looked for Deployable Turrets to be fixed. Every. Single. One. I’m not even kidding. It being broken even drove me away from the game entirely for a while, and I still don’t enjoy the game as much as I did before Deployable Turrets started to kitten me off.
