9 Turret Build
i tried spec-ing for turret once…i have to say those kitten things are made of bread crumbs. In dungeons, they get annihilated almost instantly. My guild members will be laughing away. They would say " i see a turret…now its gone!". And while the CD is so long, one of them will joke and say “hey…make yourself useful and put another turret”. My answer to them…“cooling down…..”. I have put my turrets in the store room now! If i could, i’ll salvage them. lol
I don’t have a Sylvari character but this sounds like a very nice build specifically centered around them which I think is awesome.
You seem to have a very good handle of your playstyle so I can’t really think of any suggestions.
You could try switching deployable turrets and maybe coated bullets for Accelerant-Packed Turrets, which is really nice when paired with Healing Turret+Detonate Healing.
But since you also have the Seed Turrets I don’t know if it would be worth it to lose the other 2 Traits.

Hey I also play an engy turret (lvl 65 right now). Sinds i’m a Charr I don’t get the plant turrets so instead I use Pistol/Shield : Healing Turret 6* Net Turret 7* Flamethrower Turret 8* Rocket Turret 9* Suply Crate / Charr bros 10*.
I also put my points for a 0/30/30/0/10
But I took the Swiftness buff on crits and the auto repairing turrets instead, and i’m going for a mix of Rabid set with Apothicary.
I think the biggest problem with this build commes from the fact turrets can be destroyed easely and your engy doesn’t get a lot condition removal. (Probably going to take a Sign of Purity/Charity for my gun). I also prefere to take the Net Turret and the Flamethrower turret because they get better overcharge abilities. The Smoke combo radius makes the Flamethrower turret very strong and can be detonated with the shield for stealth, the Net Turret on the other hand gives a bit of control wich the build lacks off and is devastating when combined with the Rocket Turret overcharge.
Like you I don’t like to keep the Healing Turret up, I rather detonate it for a Water combo wich heals people around me for a good chunk of health and also because regen on its own isn’t enough to keep you alive when facing strong encounters.
Overall it is a fun build, you can be a defensive character while having a correct DPS, but you are very reliant to your turrets and you will be getting some flaws when facing some types of encounters, like Destroyers for instance.

I have food that cuts the condition duration on me little over half so don’t really have to worry about it. Forget the name at work ATM so when I get home I will look.
Sylvari turrets are good for conditions. I like the invincibility of take root. So you can keep doing damage with conditions while you become invincible to create more condition causing turrets.
Once the bugs of condition gear (the mad king/lyssa runes and giver weapons) are fixed it should be fun.
