Discussing the 3rd Minor Trait in the Alchemy line.

Is this trait meant to have no effect on non-potion Elixirs?

The trait would be relevant to far more builds if it affected Elixir Gun’s Elixir skills (#4 Acid Bomb, #5 Super Elixir and Toolbelt Skill: Healing Mist).

Mortar’s #5 Elixir Shell is also an Elixir skill not affected by this trait.

People argue that “tossed or consumed” =/= those skills you listed. I personally think Anet done messed up and forgot to add it to them, the same way neither of the Elixir X skills procs it.

I do not understand the confusion around this trait, to be honest. It very specifically states the conditions in which it applies as consumed or tossed. Seems extremely clear to me that elixirs fired from a kit are not intended to be covered, by how it is defined. Sure, I think it should effect them. Yet it is clear they do not desire that at this time.
