Ive been trying to make a change in my build. But I cant seem to find an Accurate Skill builder.

Plus a screen shot of my stats in game. (Attachment). Yes I do know that my back piece, Ascended Sclerite Karka shell. Is not included in the online build. What Im most concerned about is the difference in power and condition damage, along with armor.
Also:
Does the WvW stats apply to hero page? Because even with those it still does not add up.

TL:DR – Looking for the most Accurate skill builder I can find, because things are not adding up.

I have noticed the same thing, a strange inaccuracy with that editor. And all the gear was the same as in-game.

Do you have an ascended pistol? You have ascended weapon/shield selected on the skill builder.

Do you have any buffs from WvW when you took the screenshot?

Darn, Thanks for pointing that out. I had no idea they where already in the builder, I will change and update.

Yes, had a little bit of a health buff. But nothing that would effect Damage and Condition damage.
