Another Patch, not much help.
the problem is if the started making good decisions and started fixing things properly a blackhole would open and swallow the world, but on a serious note why can’t they buff our gadgets and turrets the same way the buffed warrior’s and necros………I mean wwarrior’s and necros wernt even as big a joke as our gadgets, and like the people who used to play necro and warrior when they sucked a select few play turret engineers and go pritty well but in the grand scheme of things they are still not as nearly viable as the current engineer meta builds
Engineers will never get the love of warriors, necros or guardians. Cause the game will be balanced for sPvP and imo which class is played most for money.
Anet also dont know where to go with the engi, so many builds got destroyed and others came up and now they destroy even more builds.
I will stay on engi, but they will only get money from me if they fix the engineer.

oh and btw.. their “FIX” to rifle turret barrels for range and damage.. it now only effects the over charge and not the normal turret according to the tool tip…. even bugs can’t be fixed never mind balance issues…
At this point, ANet could just as well redesign turrets from the ground up.
Dropping overcharge and instead incorporating it into the basic attack pattern of the turret would remove half the bugs.
And making turrets more disposable by removing retrieve/detonate (quite a number of builds seems to use turrets as additional blast finishers for water fields) and instead starting the skill recharge at once would help make turret builds more mobile.
And if ANet worry about having a field filled with turrets, give them health loss over time.
The big thing overall would be that we now would have access to the turret related toolbelt skills at all times. No more running around with a turret in the utility slot that is never used unless the idea is to blow it up, because the toolbelt skill is so much more practical…
They should redesign turrets and gadgets and our possibilites to remove conditions
Anet being clueless of engineer is big issue now when this game turned into korean grindfest with ascended armors. All long term engineer name how many exo sets you have (mostly bought after every new patch). I basically have every single one of them. Now with ascended we are stuck to one build and can just wait till anet change the meta of that build completely.
Thus asking which ascended set u would make?
