Any build for world pve?
If you’re looking for something easy, I use this for when I’m feeling lazy, it’s effective but not optimal (taking my more DPS focused builds is typically ‘better’ just takes actual effort).
Something like that, perma stab FT means perma 25 might without any real effort, just hitting elixir’s sometimes and high quickness uptime. It’s just easy and effective.
I personally run my own build design being this condition build
The elixirs are great for fast removal of conditions and adding more damage reduction and Bulwark Gyro is good for defense against range attackers and reduce damage taken
Viper gear can be used as well if you worry about future elite specs that may use both Condition and/or Power damage to help reduce future cost of adjust your gears to that new elite spec.

Didn’t include equipment/runes, just anything with power will do.
3rd utility slot is variable, so take whatever you like. If you have trouble breaking bars, I would go for thumper turret. Elixir Gun is also a good choice but is a bit harder to use.
For the most part, the gyros will take care of the defense for you. Use stealth gyro to bypass unwanted areas or to grab nodes/hero points.
