Any hope to get legendary effects on kits?

Ok, so i’ve created HOPE today. Effects of it are working only when i equip pistols and do not work on 4 my kits.

Are there any plans to improve it? Current situation isn’t good, i think

Yes. You just have to build a legendary flamethrower first.

Afaik there are plans on this – but it’s the good old “it’s on the table” of ANet – so it will take about 1-2 years but it will come
