Anyone annoyed with Fumigate and Magnet skill?

Recently I’m playing around with Elixir Gun and Tool Kit, and I found these two skills can cause me some stress sometimes.

They are both skills that have a relatively long cast/animation time, yet you cannot cancel them with any other skills -_-

There are several other skills that they can’t be cancelled by other skills too, but their cast time are usually less than a second, it rarely can be a problem.

But like Fumigate, if you used it then you’re stuck for more than 2 seconds. You either have to use a dodge or swap out and swap in, which waste a second, if you happened to need to use another skill in the kit.

I wonder if this counts as a bug…

Yeah its a little annoying that they can’t be cancelled. Though i don’t run into the problem much as i only use fumigate to clean down allies when i’m not getting focused.

I think the magnet skill (and box of nails for that matter) needs a shorter cast time. The tool kit is only really viable for gadget burst rifle builds and 4-kit bunker builds for an extra block. Reducing cast times on some of these skills will go a long way in helping this kit have a purpose outside those roles, and creates a pretty nice 5-2-3 combo.

Magnet needs a longer range too.
In the end I want to pull a ranged usually, not the melee who’s coming for me anyhow…

In Capricorn map, when someone stands on the edge of the beach point, you can’t even pull them of.
Not to mention it takes so long to cast they simply move back…
And they always see you, since you’re standing so close to the edge.

Only good thing is that you can cast it while moving, so if you strafe left and right while channeling, they might think you’re doing something else.
Most people won’t expect a pull from a moving player.

Wiggely, wobbely and other wombaty wabbity creatures…

But if Fumigate etc can be cancelled, it is wasted too.

I kinda like how it works, which prevents me from incidentally canceling such skills in action. This might be just my case, but I always hit the keys more than required , I can’t wait patiently and can’t time well to follow up with the second skill right after the first skill finishes, and I hope the major dmg dealing skill can’t be canceled.
