I was playing sPvP on a condi warrior and kept getting “Immune” messages from a particular bunker engineer. It seemed he was immune to bleeds or cripples and I can’t figure out what trait or skill was causing it.

Its automated response. It makes you immune to condis so it saying “immune” makes sense

Automated Response makes you immune to the application of new conditions. If you already have conditions on you, those still damage you.

If you come across an engineer running Automated Response, you need some direct damage to counter, not condis.

Cool. I didn’t realize reducing duration by 100% would trigger the immune message.

Its a grandmaster trait on engi. When they drop below 25% health all new incoming conditions are negated and you need to finish them off with direct dmg. Engi can trait to be very difficult to get that last 25% health off them. Some builds get use elixer S which is the shrink invul for 3 seconds utility the immune to conditions 13 seconds of regen and their heal comes off cooldown when they hit 25% health

Reg for like 100 per tick , so it aint anything good, depends from the build of course….

transmute also causes the immune message. if you see an engi, don’t lead off with pin down. they will convert the immob to swiftness.
