Guild Wars 2

It seems that shield block doesnt stun and doesnt block the damage when mesmers use this on me. They can spam it every 10 seconds. Can you give me some advice on how to counter it?

When mesmers use blurred frenzy they are invulnerable for 2 seconds, so you can’t actually stun them during it or anything. However if they move at all it is interrupted, so all you have to do is move away from them during the animation and then attack.

it has a 10 second CD, 8 if traited.

Its melee range and immobile.

You have 95% ranged capabilities in your kits/weapons.

You do the math

It doesn’t stun because they’re invulnerable while using it. They keep hurting you because you only block one attack out of eight or however many. Just back up a couple feet.
