trait: power shoes -> increased movement Speed while in combat 25%

it`s perma swiftness (+33% Speed) even outside of combat.

can anyone confirm?

it’s 25% out of combat which is how it’s supposed to function.

25% Just like ellesee said. Swiftness is marginally faster.

i’m as fast as warri without ports and far faster than somebody without swiftness with only this trait giving me Speed and without boons.. strange.

the trait is identical to a movement speed signet or runes of speed/traveler. they changed it last patch so it’s active outside of combat; a great and needed change imo.
