It should remove 1 boon like the other mines do. Maybe increase the cooldown to 5 seconds but increase mine duration to 15 seconds.
Also, mine field should remove boons from each enemy that a mine hits. Not just 1 boon in total.

No cooldown. I like bunker down because it synergizes with bomb. Meaning, Double damage!

Bunker down does need attention.
It needs to either be brought down in its trait teir, for a Grandmaster Trait it is hardly worth an investment.
If it remains a Grandmaster trait it will need a buff. For example one of the following:
-Increased Damage
-Multiple Mines
-Allow the trait Elixir-Infused Bombs to effect mines in addition to bombs.
-Allow it to remove boons
-increase cooldown but allow these mines to inflict a 3/4 second daze.

I think it’d also be really nice for it to not be spawned under the user’s feet, and instead for it to spawn, say, 150 away in the direction of the triggering target.
I’d be happy if it proc’d with Elixir Infused Bombs. That’s the only buff I could really ask for. Then I might actually be able to use magi amulet in PvP… (which I accidentally purchased…)

If it never detonated, it would still be as useless.

Actually I think that it should be like it is the with Tool Belt ability for the mine where it just throws it outward from you instead of at your feet.
I’m actually pretty happy with Bunker Down as it currently is. It seems made to be run with both Forceful Explosives and Explosive Powder and Throw Mine. All of these skills become much more potent with that investment. Pair it with Tool Kit and Utility Goggles and Static Discharge and your DPS can be massive when timed right.
Bunker Down is the focus of the build in my sig. I think any buffs would potentially make the skill too strong.
