Calling all Turret Engineers
Perhaps you should say this after the upcoming patch when turrets may actually be useful.
Or maybe you’re just a masochist.
But perhaps a before and after comparison for turret builds would be somewhat useful.

Nope, ran several dungeons today. Same as always. A breeze through them all no matter what party comp.
I use 4 turrets and mortar.

Hey OP we really should do it. I’ll use elixir gun cause someone told me the autoattack is very good. How about arah p4? All turret engi dps/support/crit tank builds?

Why not just give us a turret GM trait that makes them hover alongside us.. ? Still target-able and kill-able, now we can better control cleave and AoE damage by placing ourselves outside of it, etc. Seems fair enough to me – turret drones.

All we can do now is wait and see how Anet handles turrets.
I run a straight turret build customized for more power in spvp and i fidn it to be highly viable the only things that really give me trouble are high condi builds
I don’t know if the updates are gonna make turrets very popular. Maybe for awhile, but then drop quite a bit. Still worth trying though.

If you run turrets in spvp you’re gonna get owned so so fast. Except net turret which has certain scenarios it might be useful they all are bad. Have you seen how fast turrets die to cleave? Like after you dropped supply crate? That skill is nice cause of the burst and stun and the wtf factor it gives. Minion necro works cause the summons move and usually they burst you down and fear+golem rush+infinite bleeds.
