Anyone else run zerker-bombs? I don’t believe I’m the only one

it’s one of my pve builds. can’t really see it working anywhere else.

in pve.
in wvw I prefer celestial+zerker mix, but only when Im in a well supported group.

Knockin’ 9k bombs in dungeons everyday, go zerk engineers.

i run zerker everything, so yeah, also bombs.

where does it work? i haven’t seen a zerkengi (aside sd) in tpvp at all.

I switch up all the time but Zerker Bombs is one of my favorite builds for PvE.

No, it’s not as good as condi nades but I don’t give a kitten because this is way more fun.
Hit’s like a truck and has a lot of ways to mitigate dmg.

drop big ol’ bomb, magnet pull, prybar, bob explosion, blunderbluss, overpower shot, net shot, throw wrench, jump shot is your go to combo.

If they don’t use a stunbreaker you can keep them in this cc chain and will probably down them or drop them sub 25% depending on build.

Bomb auto attack can hit for 3-4k

Been using this for months now, just wondering if anyone else has dipped into zerker bombs for pvp? So much fun.

I run a slightly tankier version for wvw with full hoelbrek runes and lemongrass soup for -40% condi duration… Immobilize is the death of this build and is quite popular in the current meta.

I also run battle sigil with enhance performance in wvw to break 4k attack power with ease (I hit some poor kitten simultaneously for 5.5k with prybar and a 9.8k BoB) although my crit chance is lower than I would like, looking forward to the rune overhaul, double sigil for 2hers.

It’s what I’ve been running since December. I’ve never had more fun playing my engineer. So much damage and utility. Only reason I ever use the grenade kit in PvE is if it’s something that must be fought at range.

The radius buff and the Modified Ammo buff has done wonders to elevate its competitiveness to other kits. I used to never use it. Now I use it everywhere.

but it depends on playstyle ofc.

When i run full support i definetly run shield.
