Can we stack stealth time with blast finishers?
Yes, Thumper toolbelt and supply drop work as well. I have gotten 15seconds (a week ago). I think others have gotten longer…
Its cool for passing a zerg to get inside a keep for defense, but other than that its kinda meh. Its great for your group, but for you it sucks because you have to stack crap skills and they are all on cooldown..

Drop Big ole Bomb
Drop Smoke Bomb (will detonate before big ole)
—once ring shows
Drop supply elite in circle
detonate med turret
detonate thumper turret
detonate rifle turret
use Thumper toolbelt
I usually do it without the med turret, I keep medkit for swiftness

Also insert "Switch to Pistol/Shield and use Ability 4 twice (Magnetic Inversion)’ this step between “drop Smoke Bomb” and “Drop supply elite in circle” for even more blast finisher fun!
They’re changing stealth so it only stacks up to five times, not quite sure how long that is actually but it will mean you can e.g. skip using the elite or have something else than a rifle turret if you want.

I saw in another Engineer thread that BoB does its combo finisher on placement rather than on explosion, any idea if that is true?
Also, I tried a Smoke Bomb/Magnetic Inversion/Thumper Toolbelt/detonate turret chain this morning, and only got stealth to last a couple of seconds after its conclusion. Does a combo finisher only add on what is remaining of the original duration of a combo field, rather than the whole duration? Otherwise, that seems too short. I was hoping to find a way to get 8-10 seconds of stealth, to make it past mobs once in awhile.

toss out smoke bob then BoB and when you go invis as soon as you drop it and before it blows up, it will answer it 100%

BoB works on detonation for me. If I drop it in the field nothing happens and the smoke clears before it goes off.
I don’t really find stacking stealth this way very useful tbh. The preparation makes it sort of silly if you need it in a hurry (unless you actually wanted all those turrets) and all the explosions going off are kind of a giveaway if you had intended to sneak.
