Celestial Engi or Condi Engi?

ofcourse ELEs or any classes that can remove condis are a great counter to condi classes and condi can be great if the enemy do not have a remove skill.

Condi ofcourse has more survibability unlike Celestial where your only block is the toolkit or rocketjump/bomb kit.

What build I should use for PVP/WVW and PVE?

Both are extremely strong in WvW and PvP! Neither are that good in PvE but you can run it there if you want and still beat it! Celestial will deal more damage there! Knights armor with Celestial accessories + weapon is the best combo I’ve found! Full Celestial deals below average damage!

It also depends on how used you are to the profession. In pvp and wvw, P/S is the easier to get started with, then P/P since you’ll be used to the play style, and finally you can try cele rifle. Frankly, all three perform equally well in pvp.

I’d start with two kits (bomb/tk, grenade/tk or bomb/grenade), and play with elixir gun when you’re comfortable enough to see how you like it.
