Sure, I know its hard to get one full celestial set, but if u wanna try something really strong on WvW, well, thats ur choice. With that build u have:

- Awesome sustain with Healing Turret, Healing Mist, Super Elixir and Backpack Regenerator ( don´t take self regulating defense, its really stupid when this kill u to condis like an idiot).

- 2 break stun with Healing Mist and Elixir S.

- 100% condition duration with Chemical Rounds + everything else.

- High AoE damage with Grenades ands Shrapnel.

- 35% boon duration on Hidden Flask and Hgh.

- 60% critical chance with Hematic Focus + Shrapnel.

- Access to all conditions thats exist except Fear and Slow (Try to clean this, dude).

- Stealth with Toss Elixir S (best opening in a fight).

- And of course 25% movement speed with rune of the traveller (that soon will be replaced by rune of the lynx if god helps).

THAT, kids, its the best build if u wanna kill everything without being a kittening glass canon:

P.S. 1: U can change Elixir X with Mortar on zergs (I don´t because i think this kit really ugly).

You know you can run with rabid armor and celestial trinkets for virtually identical stats and much cheaper cost, right?

I also fail to see how that is anywhere near 100% condi duration.

Interesting build, however despite taking HGH, your weakness is any form of condi sustain. Granted you can cleanse them (1 condi at a time) but you blow half your cool down and will need to use some utilities that help you survive even vs DPS.

Your elite (while I like elixirs) I feel you only chose because its an elixir. With the stability that gets thrown around the actual elite isn’t as useful in WvW, and the thrown elite has a high CD for the 3.5s effect. I feel you can drop the nades and pick up another elixir or gadget and free up the explosives trait for another that would better suit the purpose of this build (like take inventions and grab mecha legs, which will allow you to use a better rune set). With the amount of condi builds out there as well, this may only fare well vs dps builds. There’s much diversity to this specific build that you can do almost everything but not as effectively.

TL;DR interesting build, but its strength is its weakness that can counter anything, but not that well.

I use my Cele Engi everywhere because I love it. Fun build! I don’t care about meta.

Tried it and its pretty meh. Engi is just in a terrible spot in WvW and there are no builds that can get you out of it. You lose to every meta build and have no ability to reset fights like they do.

I have given up roaming in WvW and now just zerg or go to sPvP where I can at least play hammer scrapper and have a chance.

This is meh at best. Sorry. I wouldn’t suggest making a Cele set for this build. For Vanilla it’s ok. If someone lets u focus them afk, yeah it can burn people down, but if you are focused by anyone with CC, or good, you’re an easy bag. At least you have Elixer S toolbelt to possibly stealth juke away from big numbers, but that’s all you have for escape. Roaming builds really need escape tools.
