I submitted a bug report, but I also figured I’d give a short post here for visibility as I’m sure an engineer using healing power is a huge minority.

Basically, mine still hits 2.6k with 1k+HP. Using 1kHP as a staple, that should add 500 to first heal and 500 to cleansing burst for 1k total. Right now the initial heal is healing a -tad- extra(by extra, I mean a little more than what it should with HP) while the cleansing burst doesn’t seem to be affected at all.

If I’m missing something, let me know — but delves are delves, right?

Right. So, Cleansing Burst then —

Hmm I tried to test this in the Mists. Using Shaman amulet which puts me at around 569 Healing Pow. the Healing Turret heals for 2805, and Cleansing Burst heals for 2805..according to the tool tip. But in actuality the Cleansing Burst only heals me for 2520. When I drop my Healing Power, Cleansing Burst heals for the same 2520. Looks like Cleansing Burst is not affected by Healing Power. Looks like a bug.

Made a post about this a month ago and submitted a bug report. I wanted to see how much I could heal with a HP build and got the following numbers:

(Healing power is 1334 that increases by 10 per kill)

Tooltip showed that overcharge should be equal to deploying.
