Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been playing Celestial Scrapper and it has been fun and all, but I have been curious about making the build even more tanky and maybe supporting allies more. So I put together the build below and have been having pretty astounding success so far to my surprise.

Disclaimer: I just made the build shortly before this post and could only toy with it in a few hotjoin matches before having to call it a night.

So more to come on the details as I’m really tired right now, but this build was able to to survive 2v1’s and some 3v1’s. Took some serious focus fire to bring me down. And as for 1v1’s, no one I faced in a 1v1 even stood a chance. Also, I was able to support my team with decent healing and converting their condis to boons and what not. It was a pretty fun night and I obvious have much more testing to do against better players and changes to make.

In the meantime, any ideas on improvements to this build that fits within tanky and support guidelines? Any ideas on different utility skills? I wound up using the same utilities as the celestial build since they fit so well.

Also, please no posts with radically different builds. I’d like to keep this discussion limited to modifying this build to make it more effective and I am not interested in Celestial builds.

This is very similar to the other cleric build further down the page titled something like “healing scrapper build.” You may find some good stuff in that thread as well regarding what people have found works well in it.
