Yet wanted to start up a charr engineer for LORE and wondering what builds/weapon and setup would be great for first timer as power build (scrapper?)

Well the only power weapon you have as core engi is rifle so go with that. And really bomb kit is the best power kit so take that as well. I’d recommend getting the trait speedy kits so you can have permanent swiftness to level faster.

I think Holosmith is gonna be great for PvE.
You’ll do best with running condidamage with pistol, bombkit i think, until you can roll Scrapper

I’m confused… are you talking about a scrapper or a holosmith?
