Hi, I’d like to introduce you my idea of someting what ArenaNet try to implement on our Engineers. Idea of Crazy Alchemist. It is only my proposition of what ArenaNet can change to make it pretty good new type of sub-proffesion like Granadier/Bomber and so on. Enjoy and share your thoughts.

- Elixir B (Boon): /40 sec CD/
Fury(10 sec) + Might(30 sec) + Swiftness(10 sec) + Retalation(10 sec)

- Toss Elixir B /20 sec CD/
Fury(10 sec)/Might(30 sec)/Swiftness(10 sec)/Retalation(10 sec)

- Elixir C (Cleanse) /40 sec CD/
All Conditions -> Boons(5 sec)

- Toss Elixir C /30 sec CD/
One Conditions -> Boon(5 sec)

- Elixir H (Healing) /25 sec CD/
Regeneration(10 sec)/Protection(5 sec)/Swiftness(10 sec)

- Toss Elixir H /30 sec CD/
Regeneration(10 sec)/Protection(5 sec)/Vigor(10 sec)

- Elixir R (Recovery) /45 sec CD/
Breaks stun + Refil Endurance

- Toss Elixir R /120 sec CD/
Cure conditions + Reviving ally (20%)(6 sec)

- Elixir S (Special) /60 sec CD/
Shrink yourself + Breaks Stun + evade attacks(3 sec)

- Toss Elixir S /60 sec CD/
Stability/Stealth(4 sec)

- Elixir U (Utility) /60 sec CD/
Quickness + Random debuff(5 sec)
[Thief/Ranger Utility duration is 4sec instead of 5sec]

- Toss Elixir U /60 sec CD/
Random combo field wall(10 sec)
[Smoke screen doesn’t blocks projectiles]

- Elixir X (Elite like X) /120 sec CD/
Warrior Rampaging Brute elite(20 sec) / Elementalist Whrilling Tornado Elite (15sec)

- Healing Mist (Toolbelt skill Elixir Gun) /40 sec CD/
Regeneration(10 sec)

- Acid Bomb (Elixir Gun #4 skill) /15 sec CD/
Leap backward, spraying an acidic elixir on the ground that damages nearby foes(5 sec)

- Super Elixir (Elixir Gun #5 skill) /20 sec CD/
Launch an elixir orb, healing allies on impact and creating an area of continual healing(10 sec)

- Launch Elixir (Mortar #3 skill) /15 sec CD/
Launch a mortar round that heals allies in the target area(5 sec)

  • Traits:

- Explosives:
Acidic Elixirs – Thrown elixirs cause damage when they land (120-130dmg / 1k Power)
[Launch Elixir/Healing Mist/Acid Bomb/Super Elixir/Toss Elixir U don’t work]

- Alchemy:
Cleaning Formula 409 – Throwing or consuming elixirs removes conditions from those affected
[It is a bit difficult to test it alone]

HGH – All elixirs give 20 seconds of might

Fast-Acting Elixirs – Elixir skills recharge 20% faster

Potent Elixirs – Increases elixir durations by 20%
[Doesn’t change tooltips]
[Launch Elixir/Healing Mist/Acid Bomb/Super Elixir/Elixir U/Toss Elixir U don’t work]
[Rampage and Plague duration increase to 25 sec, should be 24 sec]
[Toss Elixir U Stealth should be 5 sec instead of 6 sec]
[Toss Elixir U Stability should be 6 sec instead of 8&1/4 sec]
[Doesn’t stack with Elite Supplies]
[Vigor should be 15sec instead of 3]
[10sec boons should be 15sec instead of random number from 5 to 60]
[30sec boons should be 45sec instead of random number from 5 to 60]
[Again it is difficult to test them alone Elixir C/Toss Elixir C/R]

- Inventions:
Elite Supplies – The Supply Crate has extra supplies, Elixir X lasts longer (20%), and Mortar has increased range (??)
[Increased range of Mortal doesn’t work]
[Rampage and Plague duration increase to 25 seconds, should be 24 sec]
[Doesn’t stack with Potent Elixirs]

  • Suggestions:

- Elixir B/Toss Elixir B: Remove retalation and increase duration of Fury and Swiftness from 10sec to 15sec (Elixir B is an offensive elixir so make it more offensive)

- Toss Elixir C: Add combo field light for 5 sec duration of elixir (incresed by traits) (More likly cleanse elixir)

- Elixir H/Toss Elixir H: Now grants always Regeneration(10sec) and Aegis(10sec) or Retalation(10sec) (Elixir H is healing elixir so like any other healing spell in other class should have additional bonus (like blocking attack while healing) so now we can always avoid one attack and grant regeneration)

- Elixir R: Decrease cooldown to 30 sec (Now it can be more useable)

- Toss Elixir R: Now instead of 20% chance to revive ally every 1sec for 6sec, make it 100% instant, and next 6sec (or more with trait) cleanse conditions and beeing light combo field

- Toss Elixir S: Just grants stealth it should be elixir like “O kitten button” so we should always now what we can expect from it.

- Toss Elixir U: Add Flamewall as fire combo field (now we have only defencive combo fields so one offensive will be pretty good idea)

- Elixir X: Redesign now grants Might/Fury/Regeneration/Swiftness for 30sec, Retalation/Protection for 15sec, Stability/Vigor for 10sec and prevent from debooning them, cooldown the same (At least some good elite skill instead of OP Suplly)

- Healing Mist: Cooldown reduced to 20 sec

- Super Elixir: Increase cooldown to 30sec

- Elixir D : New Elixir D (Defence) grants Protection/Stability/Vigor for 10 sec 60 sec cooldown

- Toss Elixir D : Grants one of Protection/Stability/Vigor for 10 sec 45 sec cooldown

- Tranquilizer Dart: Change to elixir type skill

- Elixir F: Why this isn’t an elixir? Now it is! Increase cooldown to 10 sec

- Fumigate: Change to elixir type skill and increase cooldown to 15 sec

- Trait that affect elixirs affect ALL ELIXIRS TYPE SKILLS LISTED ABOVE, it would normalize gameplay and skill mechanic that everyone know what’s going on

First part is what we have now, what is bugged and illogical (some skills are elixirs type, other are elixirs but aren’t elixir type, elixir trait working in some strange ways not on all elixir skills). The second part is my suggestions of changes.
