I tried google, but seems like there are so many changes that have happened over time and I couldnt find anything that looked like reliable current information. The wiki doesnt know…which probably has to do with the same lack of information I was running into.

Turret damage only scales with level, weapon damage and power do nothing for turrets.

Turret power damage can be increased by traits! Turret condition damage and duration scale with your condition damage and duration stats!

Turrets damage is increased everytime someone create crytopic about them on pvp forum:-P

Much as his ‘Wahoo! Bye frands!’ malarky gets on your nerves after the thousandth time he’s signed off a post with it – he’s right. Down your Inventions line are the traits that will govern your Turrets. They don’t help much, but they do help.
