Your alchemy trait line is flawless, I run potent elixirs instead of cleansing formula, but thats more of a matter of personal preference thing.
I use cloaking device as well, its a life saver, so no argument from me there.
My issues with your build come with your firearms choice: knee shot is pretty useless since you are running pistols, you only have one immobilize with glue shot and it already cripples. You are better off choosing rifled barrels, napalm expert, infused precision or precise sights.

Regarding your utilities, I’m not sure if this is for pvp, wvw or pve but either way, I wouldn’t go anywhere without elixir S. I’d swap R for it.
You may also want to take a look at elixir C, it has great synergy with alchemy and is a solid condition removal tool, alowing you to ditch cleansing formula.
