If you have two engineers fire SE in overlapping circles, does a person who stands in the overlapping area get both healing effects?

Yep. They also stack with other forms of regeneration.
They should. Pre-patch you could cast two of them yourself and both would heal you.
I’ve not run into another engineer since launch that also used super elixir so I can’t tell you for certain by experience that they stack post patch.

Super Elixir always stacked with itself when it still procced from Kit refinement, so I believe it stacks with other super elixirs just the same.
All these answered my question very well. The first one gets the A, though.
