Could one hypothetically equip/stow med kit for perma protection? Which with bulwark and alchemy line would give you basically 99% damage reduction and 20% condi damage reduction? In addition to having perma vigor. And a constant regen of 290+ hps.

I would assume that it would only activate this trait on the tool belt heal for the med kit.

Like Cleansing Synergy (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cleansing_Synergy):
“Using heal skills triggers a cleansing pulse around you.”

I guess it will only trigger by Bandage Self, the toolbelt of the medkit, yet not the medkit itself.

If only.

Way back when, this use to actually be the case, but at some point this was fixed.
