Because this just happens in sPvP lately..
It weren’t this powerful before, maybe some nublife OP build came out that you Engineers use… but it’s really bad to get as much challange from this one elite skill as I get from an average player.

It is a potential game changer. Perfectly on par with necro transform, dagger storm, ranger roots, mesmers moa and or mass invisibility …
We are dealing with a ltp issue here

The problem isn’t with the effect it has.
My concern is it’s damage. Hard 10k+ dmg instantly, then rapidly getting the lock, conditions, additional dmg.

Seen a thief yesterday getting “1 hit” killed by it within like 3seconds.

Only time you’d ever take 10k damage from Supply Crate is if you afk’d inside it for the entire fight while still somehow not cleaving the turrets down. Even then its a bit of a stretch.

Supply crate can’t hit for 10k by itself, but it is a very good elite. It AoE stuns for 2s and does single target immob and burn, which I normally capitalise on by using a second immob then starting a burst/CC chain. THAT can deal serious damage but the skill in and of itself is just an AoE CC bomb, and a good one at that.

Frankly though, I wish all elites were as universally useful/game changing as this one (I’m looking at you, Thief elite skills).

with such a low base-dmg, the power-modifier must be insane to reach 10k.
I run a full zerker s/d build for wvw, and the highest numbers I get is when I drop it on a squishy zerker memser or ele.
I never excelled 2.5k dmg with its impact dmg alone.
take into account that so big power-values are not reachable in pvp anyways.

You sir, are a liar, or have mistaken the supply-crate with the follow-up blunderbus+jumpshot from a zerker engi who just immobed and therefore pb-jumped you.

even a completely kittened max-dmg setup will not yield more than 3.2k (set might and bloodlust to 25 and the multiply the displayed dmg of supply-crate with crit-dmg yourself)
note: this build is way beyond any reasonable power/ferocity-values and takes zero survivability with it. Even the most squishy, while still reasonable builds can not excel 3.2k dmg with supply-crate alone.
your statement is mathematically impossible, unless you were naked and upscaled.
In that case: level until you’re 80.
still, for pvp such dmg is completely impossible, EVEN IF you were naked.

I would be more concerned about his/her autoattacks hitting 10k at that point. not to mention his bomb auto onehitting everything on the point.

I for one would like to see a screen shot of this massive damage. Should be simple enough for him to acquire.
