Similar to banners and sword/ice bow that other classes can drop down for others to carry, I would like for engineers to be able to share their kits with others even if its only 60-90 seconds. They could change the “Always Prepared” trait to maybe drop an extra kit on the ground whenever we switch to it. It will have a cooldown of 60-90 seconds so that you can’t spam it. Thoughts?

It would create a balance nightmare. Our kits are poorly balanced for our own profession, let alone throwing in what they’d do if used by any of the other 7 professions and all their potential traits and builds.

I don’t think it would be imbalanced considering there are duo classes that are more deadly as a combination than this idea.
The only class that I would benefit from it is the necro but other classes would have a rough time leaving their weapon skills for kits.

necros would love ’em grande kits!

I’m not suggesting that these kits actually gain the benefit of whatever classes’ traits. I could see that making things very unbalanced. The damage should be fixed based on level of user. Like warrior banners or elementalist icebows, you pick them up and use them for fun, but not a permanent replacement of your weapons.

Or just give us a double hp pool mech with stats of juggernaut form…
