Basically I can’t hold the urge to head to WvW to put my"Celestial Engineer" into action. The only obstacle I face is that I don’t have ANY celestial medium armour gears currently and I’m really not sure where else to get it other than crafting(still makin my way). So is there a way to gear myself up without using any celestial gear by using other combination of stats? Honest question, why not go Knight for the time being?

I was able to do something very similar to a Celestial setup, but obviously you will have a few caveats that are unavoidable. This setup is probably a bit more desirable than the one you had presented and contains only exotic tier items and ferocity on kill. Assuming you limit this to WvW I constructed a skirmisher type build that would let you roam if you so choose. You can make a direct comparison with the celestial provided below.
