Is there a way to get them again or any kind like them? i destroyed mine after i got new headgear on the lowerlevels (didnt know about the transmutation stones) and i would kill to get the mad engineer look again. The masks looks so… thiefish..
Level 4o required gear. It is like them but it has 3 straps, which looks extra awkward on my Charr because the other strap goes across the other side of your lower face.
Just look for noble or leather mask. I bought Leather Mask on the trading post and used a transmutation stone to give it to my low level engineer.

Make a new Engineer if you have a characterslot available, pick the goggles, the monocle or the backpack (whichever you prefer), complete the tutorial, put it on the bank and delete the character.
DO what Monuru did, but before deleting the new character, use a Transumation stone to transfer the look to something that doesn’t soulbind (Whites/Blues). Do NOT equip it on the temp character though, just store it in bank, delete the temp character, and you should be able to use it on your main now. It will say soulbound, but you should still be able to use it normally on your main.
Ok I just tried that, but I think you have to be able to wear whatever you are transmuting it to level wise. So I have to find a mask that a level 2 engineer can wear… Once I transfer it over, will I be able to use a Transmutation stone again to bring the look to my current level gear on my main?
You can retransmute an item to any other item of any level as many times as you have transmute stones. Not sure what you’re saying about the lvl 2 Engi, is that your main or the temp? Either way, just transmute the Eagle Eyes into a White/Blue to a lesser level than your main so he/she/it can equip it. Just make sure you choose the Eagle Eyes in the transmutation selection box.
The level 2 Engi is my temp character. I bought a blue helm from the TP, but it won’t let me transmute it, I assume it’s because I’m too low level to wear it. So I need to find something low level enough to get the first transmute done with the temp character, and then I should be good to go with my main. Correct?

I didn’t have that issue, InVinoVeritas. I transmuted a pair at level 2 to a level 10 blue and had no issues doing it.
Are you doing it right? It took me a sec to figure out how transmuting worked. Kind of cool system though, I must admit.
