Elixir S: This skill is now improved by the Alchemy trait Fast-Acting Elixirs.

I can’t understand this sentence. Do they mean “This skill is NOT improved by the Alchemy trait Fast-Acting Elixirs?”

It’s amazing how little they know about their own game. Nothing has changed. Tooltip still says 48 second CD, actually CD is still 60 seconds.

Also this latest patch has broken Elixir S, when oyu use it your camera bugs out completly. (mine hits underground and bounces back up and down underground. Totally ridicilous.
