Elixir U bugged?

Been using this & half the time I use it, all of my endurance drains instantly.
There`s nothing on tooltip (surprise surprise) or on wiki stating it drains it & a forum search is, well, laughable as usual…

Anyone else having this problem? Is it a bugged spell, tooltip or what?
