Elixir U utility skill effects?

Can someone please clear up the effects of Elixir U? It says gain a random utility skill from another profession but as far as I can tell the only effects I get are quickness and frenzy.

You gain quickness.
And as a side effect you gain either haste (unique to thief) or frenzy (unique to warrior).

And if you throw it you gain a white big reflection wall or a dark absorbing wall. Both are combo fields.
