Just remove the RNG, make it a unique skill for engineers.

So it pretty much becomes elixir B and gives boons

unique? warriors might have something to say about that… they might even rage a little…

Just straight up buffs? Idk not really maybe for a guardian or warrior but we….we need something fun to use.

Am I the only one that likes the current form of Elixir X? I swear, it’s awesome. Take two good elites, and put them on shorter cooldowns than the actual classes they came from.

You are not. The issue is so many engineers do not use it or get it. Looking for a buff where one is not needed.
