Anyone know if elixir bombs that heal allies count against the AOE cap? At times I will see a bomb i drop on top a downed person and get no damage numbers but see some heals.

Not AFAIK. I use them frequently in boss fights (I mean, open world fights), and I think the issue is more limited screen estate “eating” the numbers.

The strength of heart to face oneself has been made manifest. The persona Carighan has appeared.
