Engi Food

My question is this in dungeons/fractals, right now in fractals longer fights i use the condition duration condition damage food, and in the lower end dungeons i use the same thing, my question is bassicaly for those lower dungeons what food should i use since there is a stat cap? Do i just use power food because the fights are a lot shorter or what?

Power food will cap you in lower dungeons anyway – engi should always use condi dura food.
