Engi Scrapper in WvW + GvG
i think that the update will bring some needed improvements to engineer (wvw-wise) and i know a really versatile build that can jump between frontline, backline and roaming and actually do well in all 3 of them but i’m not sure if engi will have a place in gvg…
Just forget about gyros in gvg except for maybe function rez/stomp. Hamer coupled with old kits and skills will be meta tho. He’ll I’m working on a hammer less scrapper that looks very promising . No worries. There is a kitten ton of group synergy available with new elite spec

Maybe Gyros can work as a stability eater, everytime a gyro dies it creates a lightningfield which daze the enemies and superspeed up allies every pulse (3 Pulses).
At Beta i will try such a build, you will have a lot of lightning fields to split the enemy zerg.

The problem I’ve had with engie in wvw isn’t about the role. It’s such a versatile class, you can change adapt easy to the situation.
However, the fact that the current engineer almost only uses projectiles makes it so hard to bring anything to larger fights where everything you do wilkl get reflected by mesmers and guardians.
I’m really glad we get the hammer, its going to be interesting to see what we’ll be able to do.
