No level of unfair relax Kolisch. Just wondering how they do it. Think about rolling an Engie or theif. Need a break from my mesmer.

just pretend it does and it will have 1% chance to happen

Indeed, as others have said it’s possible to see 13-16 stacks of confusion if everything goes right. The catch is, for toolkit 3 to work, you have to be in melee range. For bomb to work they have to stay in melee range long enough for it to go off.

Static Shot is nice as it can bounce off multiple targets, applying double the amount of confusion it would on a single target.

So wait, do the actual static discharge bolts count as a projectile finisher too? Even if so, it’d require someone with an ethereal field.

So wait, do the actual static discharge bolts count as a projectile finisher too? Even if so, it’d require someone with an ethereal field.

discharge is not a finisher
surprise shot, rifle 1, pistol 1, 2(?), rifle turret auto, some weird stuff with harpoon gun (meaning like… all of 1 2 3 4 or something)

we no longer have an eth field of our own (U toss but not any more) but if you so much as look at a friendly mesmer you cant help but get a stack of confusion on whatever you shoot at.
