I hate to be that guy but… it is in fact an elixir infused bomb. You know, the trait that got removed a while back? Yeah, they decided to keep the icon…
Edit: If you magnify it, the resemblance is a bit clearer. It’s basically an augmented bomb.
Or I could be wrong, and it’s actually meant to be a healing turret.
