Engineer Stealth Broken After Patch 5/19/2015
after 3secs in stealth you get a forced reveal debuff, last i heard it was confirmed in the pvp forums that the devs are aware of the issue

The revealed applies when a stack of stealth ends when you have multiple stacks on you. So if you apply all your stealth (blasts or otherwise) before the first stack ends, you should be fine. Of course, the 5 stack limit still applies. Because of how fast our blast rotation usually is, you probably won’t notice any changes for short stealths. However, you will be unable to chain more than ~15s* concurrently until this is fixed. If you throw a toss elixir s to restealth before the initial stealth finishes, you will not get the effect due to revealed, so you’ll have to time the toss to land right after your stealth ends. This will likely cause problems in places where you need to path mobs, like Arah p1, or CM. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
I’ve been stealthing through mobs in CM just fine with my bugged 8 sec stealth. But the extra 7 seconds would be nice to have back. (:
