The site you linked for the build makes you watch a 90second ad fullscreen, and even mousing over to another monitor pauses it. Try using http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/ instead

This Build is around for a while.. its 100% Glass Canon. While this is not really good for sPVP i had lots of fun with it in WvW.

Based on Burst with Static Discharge and Grenade Toolbelt ability.
