Guild Wars 2

Hi there fellow Guilder…. Warri… people, I’m working on my 5th 80 and I decided to make a Charr Engineer named Nascharr. Problem is I have no idea how I should spec him. I’m using a pistol and shield (I really like the 3 skill and the shield abilities) and I’m mainly using the Flamethrower kit and Wrench kit (another shield is good =D ).

Right now I’m leveling my character in Southsun Cove, so I only have the first skill book. I’m waiting until I get to 60 so I can buy the last two skill books (at 50 or something right now) but I’d like to have a build in mind before I do that.

I’m mainly a PVE player so that’s where my character will spend 99% of his time. I want to hold my own in a fight but I still want to be survivable. Is that even possible for me?
