I know there are a few eye-piece type helmets like the monocles and patches, but is anyone else feeling a pretty distinct lack of Engineer flavored helms?
Most medium armor helmets are masks, and those always feel incredibly theif style. The Pirate hat is pretty nice, but besides covering hair, absolutely everyone has it.

I noticed the Prowler helm, and that’s great for someone looking for a more armored look. The Seraph helmet too, but I don’t really like the chin strap on my Asura.

But where are the goggles? Whether a set to wear, or a good old pair of standard-issue forehead goggles. A welding mask could be fun, even a gas/re-breather mask you wear on land. (reminds me of the re-breather I had around level 40 that was literally just a leather mask)

Anyway, has anyone found some good looking Engineer style helmets? I’m also looking for a medium armor circlet or just a simple headband, but as far as I can tell the only headband I can find is the Theif starting one.

I have a nice mask headband thingy, that I want to use and not see million copies of and it was pretty cheap. I really don;’t like the pirate hats and most of the gunslinger gear char engies get.

What is it called so I can check it out and maybe transmute it?

I also dislike the pirate hate and pirate mask. Monocle isn’t too bad, but an actual helmet would be cool. Cause we all know engineers wear safety helmets in real life…right?

Actually that’s cropped down from 5810×1080.

I am liking the dungeon helmet from the dredge dungeon. Sorrows Furnace.

The whole set is rather ugly imo. At least on human models ((it’s way to big! Triples the size of my character)) but the helmet has a really steampunk feel to it with a gasmask type thing and a bandana on top.

I’m saving tokens for it. I might try to combine it with one of the leather cloaks or maybe the krytan armor from the gem store.

The Asuran racial gear is all engineer themed, but yeah, other than that, all leather armor seems to be geared towards rangers and thieves.

Stylized safety glasses would be awesome with the engineer. It’s not like they’d fit any other profession or armor type.

Sorrow’s Embrace: Furnace Reward Helm

Gasmask, glowing eyes, glowing air filter, oil rag. Goes really well with the flamethrower, even if it’s a terrible weapon.

My fav helm so far, havent really seen anything that screams “engineer” besides the starter eng eyepatch or whatever it is.
