I need some help finding out where my last 5 trait points should go in my FT/EG WvW build. And what Pain Inverter should be. (The ruby orbs are travelers runes)

Out of curiosity why the insistence on 15 in tools? Inertial Converter will only really be useful if you use Medkit most of the time (in which case go 20 for Packaged Stimulants perhaps), or possibly double elixir R toss pickups.

The obvious choice would be 5 more in Firearms: between Sharpshooter, tranquilizer dart, and blunderbuss, as well as other players, your targets will more or less always be bleeding. Heck, Sharpshooter alone should guarantee that 5%.

Alternatively you can go back to 10 in Tools and 10 into Explosives for Incendiary Powder or Acidic Elixirs for boon removal. (Although IP is possibly moving to Master level on the 10th)

I usually go Inertial Converter for the extra stun breaks. But it all depends on if my last utility will be a stun break or not.
