Feedback on PvE Dungeon Build
For starters you have Speedy Gadgets traited with no gadgets, and you’ve filled the gear slots with pvp and pve trinkets.
Give us an idea of how you’re going to be playing this spec, and maybe could be of more help.

I thought gadgets are your F1 – F4 abilities. At least on the editor that skill reduces cool down on them. As far as play style goes – I want to play a DPS/Support – so I grabbed Flamethrower as a main DPS method and elixir gun for heals. Since I will be up close with flamethrower I will need to have some armor and health to survive so Juggernaut seemed like a logical choice.
Your F1-F4 are your Toolbelt. Those are reduced by putting points into the Tools line. Your utility skills Rocket Boots, Goggles, Land Mine, Personal Battering Ram, and Slick Shoes are considered Gadget skills, which Speedy Gadgets reduces.
Maybe something like this.

Lots of Might between Jugg, HGH, Sigil of Battle, and 60% Might Duration from Runes.
Decent support from EG w/ Kit Refinement giving you access to 100% uptime on Super Elixir.
If you feel you’re too tanky you could swap in some Berserker gear instead of Soldier’s.
Interesting – so is having points in vitality and healing is not beneficial at all for support?

Vitality keeps you alive.
Healing makes your healing skills more effective. So no, healing is definitely useful for support.
