Fix condi removal against torment
Elixir C… doesn’t work against torment?
Had 2 conditions on me, hit elixir c and.. yep torment still sitting there?
I hope you reported this to them as a bug. I don’t use Elixir C so I wouldn’t ever notice… but it should become vigor (like bleeds do). It’s probably an oversight.
