So if the mechanic of FT #1 stays the same, these are 10 stacks burning in 2.56 sec (pre and after-cast included), making it around 5 stacks burning to peak and 2 at low.
this equals 6-15 stacks bleeding permanently, which is way too good condi-pressure for just a single AA cast (other classes may can stack so much bleeding with their AA as well, but need several AA’s for that, while the FT in this setup would achieve this with a single cast).

Thankfully the condo-dmg is calculated precisely since recently, so make this into 0.5sec burning per tick only, and you still can achieve this mad uptime with condo-duration food and NS.
In turn, the old 10% dmg modifier IF the target has burning should stay, else you’re be forced to -again – spam&camp the kit for the stack-uptime.
