Hi,

I am a new engineer and I have a question about the flamethrower kit. Is the damage based on the rifle/pistol you have equipped or does it have is own damage regardless of what you have equipped?

I was wondering if I use dual pistols with superior sigil of accuracy in both, will it boost the critical chance of my flamethrower?

kits have there own damage stats.

Until they fix it, sigils do not effect kits at all

Also, if you insist on using sigils, you can always attack with your kits and at the last moment switch to your main weapon to get the kill (Only applies to sigils that use charges).
