Flamethrower + turrets or elixirs?
I normally run p/p +elixir burn build, which i would never use ft for.
I think if your going ft, you need to be rifle power build, since ft doesnt burn.

If you want a survivable build. I’d suggest you build a char you like to play, go atleast 10 into elixirs and use elixir s. Then either use traits to make you tough, or runes, but not both. If you use both you’ll be good at node defence, but probably kinda bored

I am currently testing this build, its focused on flamethrower and elixirs with slight extent to turrets as well. Turret is mainly used as blast finished for napalm fire combo field.

With Incendiary Powder, my FT burns a lot! Plus there is the burn at the end of the chain. The thing crits like a mad-man and constantly spawns all the “on crit” traits.
