Recently mesmers got Mindstab, their third autoattack chain step to hit 3 targets. The engineer toolkit hits conal as well, but only on the first two steps. The third step hits only a single target.

You might also want to change the amount of vulnerability applied. 1 short vulnerability stack on a 3-step attack chain where the final strike has a long windup seems pretty paltry, might as well remove it in that case since it is negligible. Something like 5 vulnerability stacks for 4-5 seconds would be more reasonable.

Tool Kit has recieved pretty substantial buffs patch after patch…
But still I tend to agree on both points you make.

It may sound greedy to ask for even more on the Tool Kit, but it would be logical indeed.
